If for any reason you are unhappy with your garlic purchase we will happily refund your purchase provided you return your purchase unplanted. we start shipping late summer and fall, in time for fall planting.

We currently don't ship to Hawaii and certain counties in Idaho and Washington as they have state regulations restricting shipments of garlic and other Allium such as onions. Please check you local regulations for restrictions prior to ordering.

Killarney Red-Hardneck

An Idaho original! This hot and spicy Rocambole traces its origins back to Northern Idaho and is an outstanding cold weather variety. Similar flavor to Spanish Roja, it has lots of punch when raw but much more mild when cooked or fermented. Large easy to peel cloves. As with most Rocambole it is not a long time keeper but its so delicious it never lasts that long anyhow! Like all hardneck the scapes are a bonus! Harvest scapes when still tender and delicious! Handles wet conditions better than most garlic.

Elephant Garlic

This giant "Garlic" is not a true garlic but more closely related to leeks. Use just as you would regular garlic, it has a very mild flavor to go with its huge size. It produces delicious scapes just like true hardneck garlic. Definitely has that wow factor!!

Music-Hardneck

Extra hot with extra large cloves. A favorite of ours both for its performance in the garden and its wonderful hot flavor. The large clove size makes it more user friendly in the kitchen. Music has been one of the most reliable varieties, growing well during both very hot/dry years and very cool/wet years.

Inchelium Red- Softneck

One of the best tasting softneck varieties! It was discovered near us on the Colville Indian Reservation in Northwest Washington. This artichoke variety is considered an easy grower and we would rate as a medium when it comes to heat level. Our experience in growing garlic is restricted to our colder climate but Inchelium Red should do better in warmer climates than most of our other garlic. A great choice for garlic braids! We will have a very limited amount for sale in 2021.
